Job Description

Greet customers and assist them in finding the parts they are looking for, including answering questions.
Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed for optimal visibility and accessibility
Intervene in situations where a customer is dissatisfied, and come up with creative solutions to maintain business when dealing with backorders, damaged parts or stock-outs
Organize merchandise and participate in modifying displays to reflect current inventory, (sales and promotions )
Calculate spare parts sales totals, taking into account such factors as discounts, store credit, promotions and flash sales
Label different parts based on their function and price using predetermined methods for organization and documentation
Inspect returned parts to find defects and promptly assist the customer with a replacement part or a full refund
Participate in accepting shipments of parts, sending orders to customers and documenting all inventory that enters and exits the facility.
Visiting farms in different locations and prospecting new leads.
Generate new leads through offline or online research, company data, and networking.
Selling & promoting of all spare parts to a different customers .
Creating professional offers and proposals.
Create solutions to fulfill clients’ needs.
Awareness about the Seasons of Agriculture or the ability to learn about them through searching.
market research of competition with quality of prices.
coordinating with service team for better customer serving.

Job Requirements

Experience in Spare Parts is a must
Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical-Automotive) Graduate or Agricultural are preferred
From 5 to 10 years of experience
Understanding technical information and the ability to compare between the machinery specification
Flexible to learn.
Excellent level of English
Excellent communication skills
Presentable
Sales & communication skills
V.Good command with Microsoft Office ( Excel - Word)
Good knowledge of the sales process.
Must have a car or Residents of 6th of October - Sheikh Zayed city.
