- Understand our product/service’s technical features, functionalities and benefits.
- Study customer needs, pain points and business challenges and create a customized sales proposal
- identify new opportunities and meet the sales target
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and functionalities and address technical questions and concerns from customers.
- Provide pre-sales support by answering technical inquiries and participating in sales meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Liaise with the engineering or technical team to address technical concerns or requirements.
- Give active feedback and insights from the market to the product development and marketing team.
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor offerings.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a B2B Sales Engineer or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- proven experience in a manufacturing industry or lighting industry is more preferable
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in selling technical product
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Having a car is preferable
- BA bachelor’s degree in mechanical / Electricity engineering, or a related field
