Job Description
• Setting policies and procedures for the administrative department and working on developing them and following up on their implementation.
• Setting the Administration Department's Annual Budget by collecting all requirements from different operation sites.
• Manage and enhance all resource consumptions to ensure that meet the optimal and effective usage.
• Follow-up food supplies to the company sites with the agreed quantities and timings.
• Responsible for renewing licenses for the company's operational sectors with government agencies, in alignment with the Legal Department.
• Supervise the Admin team across company sites.
• Supervise the archiving team.
• Responsible for following up on the maintenance of.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as admin Manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
