Job Description
Quotations & Offers:
- Prepare and customize client quotations, proposals, and offers.
- Collaborate with the sales or account management team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of quotes.
SEO Assistance:
- Support basic on-page and off-page SEO tasks, with on-the-job training provided.
- Research and analyze keywords to improve client websites’ visibility.
Social Media Support:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content across various social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends and interactions, and help optimize campaigns for better engagement.
Client Communication & Coordination:
- Communicate with potential and existing clients via phone, email, or social media in a friendly and polite manner.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and gather necessary information to maintain positive client relationships.
General Office Work:
- Use Microsoft Word, Canva, and other relevant tools to create marketing materials, reports, and presentations.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as organizing files, managing calendars, and handling data entry.
