Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet guests upon arrival, check them into their rooms, and assist with the check-out process. Ensure that all guest information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Reservation Management: Handle reservations by phone, email, or in-person. Update and manage booking systems to reflect current availability and guest needs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously. Act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments to resolve issues.
- Information Provision: Offer information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Assist guests with directions, recommendations, and reservations for local restaurants or activities.
- Billing and Payments: Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records. Ensure that all communication and documentation are handled efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience. Assist with special requests and guest needs as required.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred. Experience in the hospitality industry is a significant advantage
