Job Description
- Standardize documentation process including, policies, quality manual, procedures, work instructions, and standard processes.
- Supervise document center/controller to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 documentation adherence.
- Coordinate implementation and integration of QA projects like ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRCGS.
- Conduct QA training and orientation for employees.
- Conduct a HACCP study and identify CCPs, QCPs, and OPRPs.
- External Calibration of all instruments in the factory
- internal Calibration to the balances Temperatures (Fridges, Cooling Tunnels, Halls, Oil Tanks, Cookers
- Carry out a monthly audit on GMP, Food safety, 5S
- Training staff on GMP, food safety, 5S
- Check any work order for maintenance in production halls
- Follow up with QA technicians on their daily tasks
- HACCP verification report
- Good hygiene practice report
- Metal detector reports
- Damaged wooden pallets report
- Sorting table sanitation report
- Sanitation plan
- Warehouse inspection (QDI)
- FIFO & FEFO Audit (warehouses + Fridges)

Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Agriculture.
- Fully aware of ISO systems, ISO 9001:2015& ISO22000:2018 & ISO 17025
- Lean Manufacturing
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
