Job Description
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Responsible for preparing and drafting commercial bids and tenders, estimating the costs of a project, and ensuring that the costs are controlled.
- Reviews bids, conduct negotiations, administers the award of contracts and contract amendments, and provides feedback to bidders.
- Builds and maintains relationships with suppliers to secure positive, constructive, and cost-effective commercial agreements for the Company.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Issue RFQ for the requested PR, follow up receiving quotations from the suppliers, collect offers from suppliers, create and modify POs, and communicate and follow up with internal requesters.
- Evaluate received offers from different suppliers.
- Negotiate with suppliers on the lead time, cost, and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company
- Locates substitute materials whenever possible with equal performance and better prices.
- Follow arrived material to our warehouse and reported with internal inspections (Technical / Qty.)
- Propose inquiries to specified and non-specified vendors and obtain quotations on time.
- Direct contact with suppliers and make deals to enhance our relationship.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in relevant major, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in the field of Procurement & Supply Chain.
- Hands-on experience using SAP (ERP System) is a must.
- Procurement Management Diploma is a plus.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent application on MS Office package.
