Job Description
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and develop purchasing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct research to stay updated on market trends, supplier offerings, and competitive pricing.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase order creation on ERP system, tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Monitor expenditures and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- Regularly assess and review supplier performance, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and company expectations.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of procurement experience in the spare parts
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards throughout procurement processes.
