Role Summary

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our digital marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for creating and executing strategies that engage with our audience across various social media platforms. You'll play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, driving engagement, and contributing to our overall marketing goals.

In this role, you'll work within the Marketing department to fulfil the following responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Manage and maintain our social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, enlighten audiences, and promote brand-focused messages to grow and engage our followers.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Analyses key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, creative development, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor competitors' social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  • Create compelling, structured content tailored for LinkedIn audiences, including articles, posts, and updates that drive interaction and lead generation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and incorporate them into our strategy as appropriate.
  • Coordinate with Influencers to create compelling social media content that resonates with our audience and strengthens our brand presence.
  • Oversee our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, ensuring efficient data management and effective customer interactions to drive engagement and retention.
  • Handle our customer service email communications, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
  • An eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience with video editing software and creating engaging social media reels.
  • Proficient in editing short clips, incorporating sound, and enhancing video content for maximum impact.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with influencers and manage customer interactions.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
