Required Competencies:
1. Experience in high reputed Consultant Engineering Companies.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing & firefighting design standards and codes, plumbing & firefighting load calculations (HAP), ventilation calculations, duct layout, piping layout and equipment selection
3. Comprehensive knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, Egyptian code & international standards of plumbing & firefighting.
4. Previous experience in preparing all tender documents (design drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications).
5. Previous experience in different type of projects (Hospitals, Hospitably, Commercial, Residential & Mixed Use).

Required Computer Skills:
1. plumbing & firefighting design Engineer+12 Years of experience
2. Comprehensive knowledge of computer-aided design AUTO CAD & REVIT software and tools related to Plumbing & firefighting discipline.
3. Good knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel.
