Job Description
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the newest products updates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential enterprise clients.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand clients' business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Translate clients' needs into technical solutions that align with our product offerings.
- Lead the technical aspects of the sales process, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops.

- Able to deliver an end-to-end professional technical proposal with a clear scope and solution design
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
- Build and customize demo environment to be tailored to customer needs
- Engage with partners to provide an integrated offering with the best user experience
- Good knowledge about various communications protocol like FTP, OFTP…etc
- Good knowledge about XML, HTML….etc
- Knowledge about EDI and various other file format like IDOC XML, EDIFACT,…etc is a great plus.
- Knowledge about XSLT, Xpath and Regex is a great plus.
- Ability to learn new applications, tools to improve integrations between different business applications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar presales role and 6 years overall.
