Senior Paralegal

If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***Key aspects of the role include:Provide legal support to the company’s in-house counsels.Act as a liaison between in-house and outside counsels.Managing case files, organising documents, and preparing exhibits.Communicating with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.Preparing briefs, wills, contracts, real estate closing statements, pleadings, appeals, and other legal documents.Gathering and analysing statutes, decisions, legal articles, codes, documents, and other data.Calling on witnesses to testify at hearings.Keeping the law library up to date by monitoring legal volumes.To be successful you will need to meet the following:Bachelor’s degree in law/ BA in commercial law. An MBA is a plus.Minimum 8 years of corporate law experience in a multinational law firm.Investigative mind, good analytical, negotiation, and strong research skills.Experience in preparing legal reports.Excellent communication and time management skills.Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.***We check all applications and suitable candidates will be contacted within 5 working days.
