Job Description:

We are looking for a Delegate Execution Lawyer to handle court executions, enforce judgments, and represent clients in enforcement procedures in Dubai. Candidates must have direct experience with UAE court systems.

Key Responsibilities:

            •          Handle execution of court judgments and legal orders

            •          Represent clients before execution departments and courts

            •          Prepare and submit execution requests and follow up on enforcement

            •          Liaise with police departments and other authorities as required
