Managing Workers and Subcontractors:

Coordinate with subcontractors and monitor their performance.

Ensure timely delivery of work with the required quality.

Preparation of Daily Reports:

Document daily progress and quantify completed works.

Submit regular reports to management, highlighting issues and proposed solutions.

Solving Technical Issues on Site:

Resolve any conflicts or errors during execution.

Make quick decisions to maintain workflow and prevent delays.

Coordination with Other Disciplines:

Collaborate with civil, electrical, and mechanical engineers to avoid conflicts.

Ensure proper sequencing of different finishing activities.

Partial and Final Inspections:

Participate in the inspection and handover of finishing works as per schedule.

Prepare snag lists and follow up on corrections.
