Job Description
- Receive the shipping declarations from customers and Submit new bookings on target VSL.
- Update system with booking details
- Co-Ordinate with customers, trucking and Customs Broker to arrange/prepare stuffing the shipment up on VSL ETA and ETD update.
- Follow up shipments to secure safe loading on target VSL.
- Share deadline details and follow with documentation team to submit final SI and VGM on time to avoid any rolling or fine.
- Provide final by mail including operation No. from shipper to documentation team in order to submit final SI and VGM and updated operation Acc.
- Request split operations from documentation team to proceed / update acc.
- Provide missing data from clients whom can’t be reach by e-mail.
- Proceed for any amendment request after VSL dept.
- Request B/L Order confirmation from account dept.
- Follow up release confirmation.
- Send updated weekly follow up to clients after revise to alert for any delay.
- Update system for hold operations.
- Control ACID NUMBER FOR CLIENTS
Job Requirements
- ENGLISH LANGUAGE SPEAKING AND WRITING
- Bachelor degree of any discipline
- High computer and language skills
- Very high organizational and interpersonal skills
- Shipping & Freight Forwarding experience is high preferred
