Job Description
Job Functions:
- Training Administration, reserving classes and checking their readiness for training.
- Front Desk, receiving trainees and keeping their records and activities.
- Customer Service, receives comments or complaints, and solves any problems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Book classrooms and ensure they’re properly set up for training.
- Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
- Act as a point-of-contact for trainers and participants
- Receive trainee comments and escalate it to responsible persons.
- Resolve any training issues as they arise onsite.
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Keep records of calls, emails, trainee details and training activities on CRM system.
- Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
- Submit reports on training activities and results
- Recommend improvements or new programs
- Ensure trainees and trainer follow established policies
- Participate in creating and implementing training programs.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator ,Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and (LMS) is a plus
- Experience in using CRM Applications (preferred Zoho CRM).
- Outstanding communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels is plus.
- Fluent in English language (read and writing).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- BSc degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- Laptop: Own a laptop.
- Home: Located near Nasr city area.
