Job Description
- Support the HR Team to implement polices in factory .
- Support HR Team to Gather all employee inquires & Requirements.
- Be actively involved in all HR Functions by following up all Employees Requests.
- Implement effective onboarding plan for new hires in factory .
- Maintain the discipline of all employees “attendance, Break time, uniform ”
- Assist in performance management processes for factory employees.
- Handle all HR Investigations and follow up implementing final actions .
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in business administration, or relevant field.
- Experience from 3-6 years should be in manufacturing field .
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, personnel & investigation ..etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
