Job Description

  • Support the HR Team to implement polices  in factory .
  • Support HR Team to Gather all employee inquires & Requirements.
  • Be actively involved in all HR Functions by following up all Employees Requests. 
  • Implement effective onboarding plan for new hires in factory .
  • Maintain the discipline of all employees “attendance, Break time, uniform ”
  • Assist in performance management processes for factory employees.
  • Handle all HR Investigations and follow up implementing final actions .
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business administration, or relevant field.
  • Experience from 3-6 years should be in manufacturing field .
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, personnel & investigation ..etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
