Job Description
- Managing the sales process for new, from initial contact all the way through to closure.
- Contacting potential and current customers and discussing their requirements.
- Achieving all revenues, sales targets & objectives in line with the Marketing and Business Plan.
- Developing & maintaining successful business Leads and relationships with all prospects.
- Developing a full understanding of the business and real estate marketplace.
- Negotiating contracts with clients and developers.
- Attending and representing our brand in exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree is a MUST
- 2+ Years of experience in real estate (new cairo - new capital)
- Real estate experience, for North Coast and Mega projects
- Strong sales, and negotiation skills
- High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target
- Strong communication & presentations skills
