ELRAYA for Trading & Marketing is a well-established company, established in 1994. Initially, the company specialized in the trade of door linings, and later expanded its offerings to include product imports, wholesale and retail sales of irons and paints. Recently, the company has undergone significant organizational restructuring and expansion to achieve significant growth rates. The company is located in Tanta but also allows some remote work.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, with some flexibility for remote work, as Sales Supervisor you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including managing the sales team, providing exceptional customer care to key accounts through regular visits across Egypt (Cairo, Giza, Mit Ghamr, Alexandria and Fayoum), 

You will be analyzing sales data, providing mentorship to Wholesale team members, and communicating sales goals and objectives to senior management.

(Briefly) What will you be doing are:

  • implement strategic business plans that expand the company's client base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and strengthening them by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Analyzing sales data up to date, evaluating the company's sales situation, and presenting recommendations to senior management with the results of those analyses.
  • Familiarity with modern selling techniques, following up on the latest market developments, identifying emerging markets and market transformations with full awareness of new products and the state of competition.
  • Managing the sales team effectively by setting appropriate sales goals for them and following up on achieving those goals.
  • Managing and developing the team’s performance in accordance with business requirements.

 

Job Requirements

  • Applicants from outside “AL Gharbia” Region are (welcomed to apply).
  • Experience in the iron and coatings industry is a Must.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales and team management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills and Team Management skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills and Communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and communicate objectives to senior management.
  • Experience in Training and developing team members.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
