About the Job
Being an authorized distributor of SKF , ABB, Schneider electric, Rexnord for power transmission products. DATCO has the honor to announce for this vacancy with the below responsibilities:
- Responds to clients’ inquiries through email, phone, and fax in a timely manner.
- Prepares orders sheets as per clients' requests.
- Communicates clients' requests to suppliers.
- Ensures arrival of clients' orders within delivery dates.
- Collaborates with the sales team to achieve customer’s satisfaction.
- Accompanies sales professionals to clients’ meetings to implement cost and solution selling concept.
- Inspects customers’ requests for services or complaints and ensures they are sorted in a timely manner.
- Contributes with the top management and the product suppliers to determine the annual sales target.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - Mechanical/Mechatronic.
- Females only.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as Pre-Sales Engineer.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to follow up on duties.
- Organizational and time management skills.
