Job Description
- Work closely with HR Section Head on developing Annual Work Plan (AWP)
- Develop concept papers and do research on most recent Human Resources approaches
- Coordinate the HRIS (design) and needs based on ZC nature;
- Administrate system security, workflows and updates.
- Respond to staff concerns/queries and make sure they have the proper feedback.
- Review and update the HR policies, procedures, and e-forms to go paperless.
- Deliver training sessions for staff awareness regarding HR system
- Design and produce video tutorial for staff training purposes.
- Manage and analyze leave process.
- Test and activate system modules "Performance Management, Time Attendance, Training & Development, Self-Services Module, Career portal".
- Developing and publish HR reports using Report Power Builder, Report Builder 3, SSRS.
- Coordinate the approval process for all HR functions on HRIS;
- Coordinate and communicate with departments concerning their needs
- Manage & Maintain the HR database;
- Coordinate HR events and activities;
- Generate the monthly HR related reports
- Advice on Employer Branding issues;
Job Requirements
- A university degree, preferable holding a master degree in Management or Human Resources or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of contemporary principles of human resources management and practices.
- Knowledge of state laws and regulations.
- Good user of MS software packages
- Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management.
- Skill in evaluation of benefits programs.
- Skill developing performance management systems/ overtime/ leaves.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Ability to manipulate and monitor information effectively using IT skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively including ability to understand and convey information when needed.
- Ability to work flexibly, autonomously but recognizing responsibility and switch between different levels of responsibility.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments.
