Job Description
A well known international company is hiring a sales manager in KSA, Jeddah with atleast 5 years of experience in sales business solutions and ERP system
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and ; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
- Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Job Requirements
Sales Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
