Job Description

Job Summary:An ERP sales executive is responsible for marketing and selling enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to potential customers. It works to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs by clarifying the benefits and technical features of ERP systems. Collaborates with the sales, marketing and technical support team to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.Job duties: Customer needs analysis: Identify the needs of potential companies and organizations and understand the challenges they face in managing their operations. Providing consultations: Guiding clients on how to use ERP systems to improve business efficiency and achieve business goals. Preparing presentations: Preparing and presenting presentations that explain the proposed solutions and potential benefits to the client. Implementing sales strategies: Apply effective sales strategies to increase sales opportunities and achieve set goals. Customer follow-up: Follow up on potential customers, identify potential sales opportunities, and determine future needs. Achieving goals: Setting and achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals set by the company. Submitting reports: Preparing periodic reports on sales performance and providing suggestions to improve performance and achieve goals. Job qualifications and skills: Experience in ERP systems sales. Good knowledge of ERP systems and the ability to identify their effectively features and benefits. Excellent communication skills and ability to build good relationships with clients. Analytical skills and the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Good technical knowledge of Zoho and Odoo systems and the ability to explain technical aspects to customers. Fluency in English.
