Job Description
- Plans, manages, oversees, and inspects all projects’ finishing, modifications, renovations, hardscape, and snags activities, checklists, and work schedules to ensure maximum quality and effectively & timely handle, plan, and/or assign tasks as appropriate & achieve the customers’ satisfaction.
- Formulates, manages, and monitor business plans including budget plans, capex, as well as utilization of manpower, materials & equipment inventory to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational optimization.
- Presents regular management reports of the department services, budget utilization, operational cost, progress to assigned projects and achieved revenue to keep the management aligned & updated to act proactively and control the maintenance operations.
- Oversees & plans site inspections & preventive maintenance schedules to proactively detect problems and determine the necessary maintenance action as well as to ensure that all facilities are in a good condition.
- Participates in assuring compliance with health and safety standards as designated in the relevant policies and/or practices by both ASDC and SBTFM and ensures that all staff are abiding by these practices & regulations and adhering to hygiene, uniform, hospitality quality standards, to maintain healthy & safe environment and promote the company’s image.
- Manages, reviews, and negotiate service contracts to ensure the maintenance department’s needs are being met with a reasonable cost and ensures profitability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager in the field of Real estate.
- PMP Certification is a Plus.
- Proficient AutoCAD.
- MS Office Excel.
- JDE System
- Strong knowledge of execution, and handover, design, landscape design, technical office, site civil works, cost control, and pricing.
- Technical knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, painting, polishing, plastering tiling, aluminum, etc.
- Technical knowledge of all building systems such as electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, etc.
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
- Knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, analysis, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
