Highly Experienced Quality Control Manager - Plastics Industry Focused

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee the quality management processes within our manufacturing operations. The right candidate will join some very important operations like implementing quality standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, and fully ensuring product(s) quality. The ideal candidate is expected to possess a strong background in quality control within the packaging industry and will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the quality control processes and policies to ensure that product quality meets industry standards.
• Lead a team of QC inspectors, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality performance.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of materials, processes, and finished products.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve the quality management system, ensuring compliance with local and international standards (ISO, HACCP, etc.).
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key issues and solutions.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
