Now, we’re expanding our Cold-Calling operations and looking for an experienced Cold-Calls Director to build, manage, and scale a team of elite cold callers who know how to qualify sellers and push real estate deals forward.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and lead a cold calling team focused on the U.S. real estate market (motivated sellers)
- Source, hire, and train new cold calling agents
- Develop outreach scripts and objection-handling frameworks
- Monitor KPIs: call volumes, response rates, lead conversions
- Conduct quality assurance and coaching sessions
- Collaborate with our Sales & Lead Management teams
- Report team performance and drive continuous optimization
Job Requirements
What We Expect:
- Fluent spoken and written English (C1/C2 level a must)
- Proven experience in U.S. real estate cold calling/wholesaling
- Previous team lead/management experience in call centers or sales ops
- Excellent sales communication and people skills
- You’re a doer - not afraid to jump on calls, solve problems, and iterate fast
