Co-Founder - Real Estate App (Connecting Buyers and Sellers)

Role Overview:
As a Co-Founder your primary responsibility will be to help drive the app’s growth and profitability. This involves optimizing the platform to connect buyers and sellers directly, leveraging map and chat features, and developing strategies to generate revenue without involving brokers or additional commissions. You’ll play a key role in scaling the business and shaping its future.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development: Lead and contribute to the development and execution of strategies to enhance the app's profitability.
Revenue Generation: Identify and implement monetization strategies that align with the core vision of a commission-free real estate platform.
Growth Initiatives: Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention by developing targeted marketing and outreach campaigns.
Partnerships and Networking: Build strategic partnerships to enhance the app's visibility and user base.
App Optimization: Collaborate with the tech team to improve the app’s features, ensuring it provides a seamless experience for users to buy and sell real estate directly.
Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to refine the business model and identify new opportunities.
