#Job Summary:

Seeking a dynamic General Manager to manage 3 Citrus Export Packhouses, ensure efficient processing and shipping, and drive continuous improvements in quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
• Sets the Citrus Export Packhouses action plan according to the operation and export plan to ensure sufficient manpower when needed.
• Supervise 3 Citrus Export Packhouses and manage daily operations and the personnel to sort, pack, and ship the products according to the specified specifications.
• Provide solutions to issues (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).

Operations Management:

• Implement and maintain efficient systems and processes to ensure high-quality products, minimize waste, and optimize productivity.
• Manages the auxiliary operations and ensures their optimal operation (such as storage, quality, maintenance, etc.)
• Plans for the Packhouses' needs of tools and supplies according to the production plan and the export plan, and makes requests to purchase them at the specified time for use.

Systems and Process Implementation:

• Develop, implement, and maintain operational systems, procedures, and policies to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.

Supply Chain and Logistics:

• Manage relationships with suppliers, transporters, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of fresh produce.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure an adequate supply of packaging materials and other operational inputs.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, including production, quality, and performance metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
