Job Description
- Maintain up-to-date records of offers, follow-ups, purchase orders, and contracts in the company CRM system.
- Track and report on key sales KPIs, including lead conversion rates, sales pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Coordinate communication between sales engineers, technical office, and finance team for smooth job execution.
- Follow up on sales leads, client inquiries, and pending proposals to support the sales funnel.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and generate weekly and monthly reports on sales activity and performance metrics.
- Handle invoicing, delivery orders, and payment coordination with finance.
- Support the Sales Manager in strategic planning, market research, and competitor analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in an industrial, engineering, or contracting company.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with CRM/ERP software is highly preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude, high attention to detail, and ability to handle pressure.
