Job Description
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy for all the assigned accounts.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, GIF) to all the assigned pages, platforms and website.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Use social media analysis (such as social bakers) to analyze pages performance against competitors.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Communicate with bloggers, influencers, and community groups via social media to create a strong network
- Moderate all user-generated content in line and according to the KPIs set in the marketing strategy.
- Create editorial calendars for each page according to the marketing strategy.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments (medical operations, call center, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Job Requirements
- BSC degree of any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience as a Digital marketing specialist or similar role.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, SEO.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Excellent knowledge of developing and managing ads on different platforms such Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, as well as SEM.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Fluency in English
