Senior Technical Lead

As the technical lead, you will significantly influence technical strategy, architecture and processes with a broad remit for innovation. We need someone who will be hands-on initially, but then also able to build & lead a world-class team of engineers.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Contributing to all stages in the product life cycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance – with a focus on high availability, low latency and scalability.
• Assisting in building features across the entire tech stack, front & backend using Python, ReactJS, Postgesql, MySQL, Oracle/AWS Cloud, Docker and more relevant technologies.
• Motivating every single team member, making sure that everyone pulls their weight
• Allocate tasks and set deadlines
• Control work performance
• Ensure accuracy and quality of assignments
• Working closely with the CTO to set up an Engineering organization for scale, with product heads to deliver product features.
• Optimizing the organization to rapidly, reliably, and repeatedly deliver quality products to the market with a customer-centric mindset.
• Continuously improving the environment and processes for how we build our product.
• Representing engineering in key initiatives and projects within the department or across the company and ensure they get delivered
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
