Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Organic Leads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As an expert in generating organic leads, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base through strategic initiatives and creative approaches.

Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies using various channels such as Facebook, Tiktok, Social Media Platforms, and Property Finder.
Identify and research target audiences to understand their needs, behaviors, and preferences.
Create compelling campaigns and content tailored to attract and convert potential leads into customers.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure lead generation efforts are aligned with sales goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns, providing regular reports and insights for continuous optimization.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in lead generation, continuously proposing and implementing innovative ideas.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in lead generation, with a track record of successfully driving leads through targeted campaigns and initiatives more than 2 years.
Strong understanding of lead generation principles and techniques across digital and offline channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential leads effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
