Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Organic Leads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As an expert in generating organic leads, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base through strategic initiatives and creative approaches.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies using various channels such as Facebook, Tiktok, Social Media Platforms, and Property Finder.
- Identify and research target audiences to understand their needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Create compelling campaigns and content tailored to attract and convert potential leads into customers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure lead generation efforts are aligned with sales goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns, providing regular reports and insights for continuous optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in lead generation, continuously proposing and implementing innovative ideas.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, with a track record of successfully driving leads through targeted campaigns and initiatives more than 2 years.
- Strong understanding of lead generation principles and techniques across digital and offline channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential leads effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
