Job Description
We are looking for an experienced GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE for Holiday homes .
Main duties of this job:
- To meet and greet arriving guests and make sure all bookings are executed smoothly
- To ensure and provide professional and high class guest service experience
- To analyze customer feedback and to provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
- Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions
- Listen to and resolve complaints
- Ensure special guests receive personalized services
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff
- Promote all amenities
- Manage guest relations team
- Establish friendly relationships with regular clients.
Experience Requirement:
- Proven work experience in Guest Relations, ideally on supervisor level in luxury environment
- Fluent English
- Outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to motivate a team into high performance
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Professional presentation
- Valid passport
- Clear Criminal Record
