Relationship Executive

We are looking for an experienced GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE for Holiday homes .

Main duties of this job:

• To meet and greet arriving guests and make sure all bookings are executed smoothly
• To ensure and provide professional and high class guest service experience
• To analyze customer feedback and to provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
• Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
• Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions
• Listen to and resolve complaints
• Ensure special guests receive personalized services
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff
• Promote all amenities
• Manage guest relations team
• Establish friendly relationships with regular clients.

Experience Requirement:

• Proven work experience in Guest Relations, ideally on supervisor level in luxury environment
• Fluent English
• Outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Ability to motivate a team into high performance
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Professional presentation
• Valid passport
• Clear Criminal Record
