- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and following up with candidates during the hiring process.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Utilize the internet for Recruitment:
- Post positions to appropriate internet access.
- Research new ways of using the internet of recruitment.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Judge applicants based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics.
- Fills open positions efficiently and effectively by hiring the suitable candidate within a relevant period of time.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance if need.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill position and source of hiring.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Degree in HR Management, business administration or any similar degree.
- 3-6 years of experience in same field.
- English language skills in both oral and written.
- Effective and efficient communication and negotiation skills.
- High Organization and details-oriented Skills.
- Team player.
