Job Description

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels.
  • Optimize website performance to improve user experience and SEO rankings.
  • Manage social media accounts and ensure audience engagement.
  • Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, CTR, CPC).
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and copywriters to produce high-quality content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and digital marketing innovations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.

Key Skills:

Digital Marketing Tools & Platforms:

  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of PPC platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.

Social Media Management:

  • Expertise in managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Proficiency in using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Ability to run paid social campaigns.

Content Marketing:

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Ability to develop content strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Understanding of email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.

SEO/SEM:

  • Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Experience in running successful Google Ads campaigns.
  • Understanding of keyword research and optimization.

Data Analysis:

  • Strong analytical skills to measure performance using KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Excel.

Graphic Design (Basic):

  • Knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.

Project Management:

  • Ability to plan, execute, and manage campaigns within deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and problem-solving ability.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability to changing trends and technologies.

Preferred Experience:

  • Successfully managed at least 5 social media campaigns or website SEO projects.
  • Increased website traffic or social media followers significantly.
  • Experience with local and international markets, especially in MENA.
