Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the shop
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain shop security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings

Job Requirements

  • Excellent in English ( is a must )
  • Good presentable.
  • Send your CV with a clear photo
  • work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
