Role PurposeHandle all site activities include maintenance and supervision.Job Accountabilities & Activities Monitor machine’s performance via Xerox monitoring tools. Fix allmachines malfunction. Consumables management. Meet customer urgentneeds.Support in machines connectivity to customer network. Deliver machines meter reading on time. Review & deliver invoices and provide customer acknowledgement. Follow up on payment. Assure maximum customer satisfaction level. Maintain and assure high service level for all machines to avoid unnecessary cost in spares and consumables.
