Job Description
- Take control of staffing activities including sourcing, screening, and schedule interviews
- Manage all aspects of sourcing including job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Maintain a candidate pipeline for future vacancies.
- Process onboarding including "contract preparation, notification emails,.)
- Follow up on hiring documents completion.
- coordinate with third parties to ensure employees fully onboarded.
- support other tasks and duties.
- Respond to general inquiries for employees.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of related experience in HR.
- Tech recruitment experience is a must
- familiar with HR systems and is a plus
