Job Description
- Handle lead generation and book appointments
- Develop “go to market” models for products and campaigns
- Increase reps’ efficiency with leads, transactions and time management
- Handling sales admin and pre-sales coordination.
- Handling CRM and leads and Contracts
- Generate reports, Typing, preparing and collating reports.
- Organize meeting and arrange appointments.
- Provide clerical and organizational support to the sales team.
- You may also handle customer questions, requests, and complaints.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role
- Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
- Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
- 2+ Years Experience as Sales Admin
- CRM Experience
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Relevant training and certifications in Sales Operations preferred
