Job Description
- Install and configure computers, Hard wares, Systems, Networks, Printers, etc.
- Support Staff either face to face, over the phone, or remotely for solving problems.
- Troubleshooting system network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware & Softwares faults.
- Replace PCs/ laptops, printers as required.
- Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles.
- Responding in a timely manner to services, issues, and requests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the information system.
- CCNA or MCSA is plus.
- +1 year of experience.
