Job Description
- Review and sort all incoming correspondence, distribute it as requested.
- Response and draft replies as needed submitted to Chairman for signature.
- Manage Chairman Calendar and liaise with external offices as needed.
- Prepare and send invitations for business and personal functions.
- Ensure the Chairman’s office area is maintained to a very high standard at all times.
- Implement the administration reports that include daily, weekly and monthly reports with follow-up.
- Assisting with document filing, writing, and analyzing reports and mailing activities.
- Tracking and reporting on operational performance.
- Maintaining policy and procedure documents.
- Planning & Follow up the logistics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 5 Years of experience in relevant field.
- Have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Good command of Microsoft Office Skills.
- Presentable.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
