Job Description
- Entering supplier purchase invoices into the ERP system.
- Issuing and uploading electronic tax invoices to the Egyptian e-invoicing system.
- Recording sales collection transactions (cash or bank) into the accounting software.
- Reviewing and reconciling customer and supplier account statements.
- Monitoring daily cash and bank movements.
- Archiving and organizing accounting documents and invoices.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly and periodic financial reports.
- Performing other accounting duties as requested by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
- Previous experience in the plastics or pipe manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Proficient in using accounting software, especially ERP systems.
- Very good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Preferably residing near the company’s location.
