Job Description
This is a key role suited for professionals with 2–4 years of solid accounting experience who are ready to take ownership of end-to-end financial processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of warehouse and inventory accounting, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage stock and warehouse accounting, ensuring accurate inventory records and reconciliations
- Lead internal financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit preparation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, etc.) to ensure financial alignment
- Support process improvement initiatives to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency
- Handle financial tasks and ad-hoc reporting with minimal supervision
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, preferably with exposure to inventory or warehouse environments
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
