Job Description
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures in compliance with labor law.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files.
- Issue HR letters, employment verifications, and official documentation.
- Manage employee contracts, renewals, and legal documentation.
- Oversee medical insurance processes, including additions, cancellations, and invoice follow-up.
- Handle social insurance registration, form submission (Form 1, Form 2, Form 6), and monthly settlements.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to labor and social insurance laws.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing and organizing required documentation.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the HRIS system with accurate employee data.
- Provide regular reports and insights from the HRIS to support decision-making.
Job Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Personnel or HRIS.
- Familiarity with MenaITech HRIS is a plus, but not required.
- A bachelor's degree in Law is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, responsible attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in the English language.
