Job Description
- Dealing and operate new contracts with all key account chains (Carrefour,hayper1, Spinneys,kazyoun, Seodi,awlad Ragab,Beim, Lolo market ,Fathallah ,Zahran)
- Create a sales operation process and plans.
- Improve company management and strategies
- Achieve annual sales plan
- Follow up branch operation ( merchandiser, stocks, expiry date, Competitor situation)
- Ensure relationship building with current customers and manage an efficient distribution and dealer.
- Review sales report
- Follow up on subordinates' target, monthly progress, performance appraisal.
- Coaching, motivating, team members.
- Monitor and maintain branch inventory, ordering stock.
- Send monthly forecast report
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on professional and personal staff development.
- Very good spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Own a car is a must
- KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Proven experience as a key account manager
- 5+ years of experience in a similar field, FMCG
