Job Description

  • Dealing and operate new contracts with all key account chains (Carrefour,hayper1, Spinneys,kazyoun, Seodi,awlad Ragab,Beim, Lolo market ,Fathallah ,Zahran)
  • Create a sales operation process and plans.
  • Improve company management and strategies
  • Achieve annual sales plan
  • Follow up branch operation ( merchandiser, stocks, expiry date, Competitor situation)
  • Ensure relationship building with current customers and manage an efficient distribution and dealer.
  • Review sales report
  • Follow up on subordinates' target, monthly progress, performance appraisal.
  • Coaching, motivating, team members.
  • Monitor and maintain branch inventory, ordering stock.
  • Send monthly forecast report

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on professional and personal staff development.
  • Very good spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Own a car is a must
  • KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Proven experience as a key account manager
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar field, FMCG
