We are looking for admin assistant to join our team in HR Department to do the following :
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Handling all employees requests and inquires
Facilitating procedures for employees to travel abroad
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or relevant
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Attention to detail and problem solving skill
- Very good in English language
