We are posting this ad for the second time looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures as below:
- Answers telephone, takes messages and answers inquiries within assigned scope of responsibility
- Schedules appointments, maintains calendar
- General supervision and monitoring of work and staff members.
- Maintaining filing system
- Drafting correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Office Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment.
Job Requirements
- Males only.
- Non-Smoking
- Experience 0-2 years.
- Working MS Word, Excel.
- Fast Arabic typist on Computer (English is a plus)
- Must be Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Good and accurate Arabic writing capabilities.
- Cairo residents.
- Maximum age 27.
- Presentable.
