Job Description
• Make proforma invoice & Sample for our client according to his request for our product.
• Make the shipping request for the shipments with our forwarders or with shipping lines directly.
• Arrange Export order for our client with Production, warehouse and quality.
•Make all required Shipping documents start from (Shipping Declaration - Invoice - Origin – SGS certificates – Insurance Policy-packing list – Draft of payment).
• Delivered all documents for the bank according to the payment terms.
• Working on our shipments according to the letter of credit terms accurately.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2: 4 years of experience in export or logistics.
- Excellent knowledge of export procedures and international shipping.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
