Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Account management – playing advisor role between clients and Insurance companies 
  2. Responsible for client’s collection and renewing contracts  
  3. Handling all servicing issues during the contractual year  
  4. Attending meetings with clients, insurance companies, and all other concerned parties 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Punctual, organized & accurate.
