Job Responsibilities:
- Account management – playing advisor role between clients and Insurance companies
- Responsible for client’s collection and renewing contracts
- Handling all servicing issues during the contractual year
- Attending meetings with clients, insurance companies, and all other concerned parties

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
