Job Description

  • Answering customer calls.
  • Receiving and replying faxes and mails.
  • Handling the filing system (hard & soft).
  • Writing documents (offers, letters...etc.)
  • Organizing office work for the BOD.
  • Preparing Commercial offers.
  • Handling Customers Complain.
  • Prepare Tenders' documentation.
  • Provide administration support to Service, Sales and Technical Office Support Departments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Very Good English.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word-Excel-Outlook-Internet & Browsing).
  • Females only.
