Job Description
- Answering customer calls.
- Receiving and replying faxes and mails.
- Handling the filing system (hard & soft).
- Writing documents (offers, letters...etc.)
- Organizing office work for the BOD.
- Preparing Commercial offers.
- Handling Customers Complain.
- Prepare Tenders' documentation.
- Provide administration support to Service, Sales and Technical Office Support Departments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Very Good English.
- Excellent computer skills (Word-Excel-Outlook-Internet & Browsing).
